Randazzo & Randazzo is a New York estate planning and elder law practice led by two siblings, Sheryl and Ralph, with over sixty years of combined experience. Their clients arrive through referrals, often at difficult moments, and every plan starts with a conversation. The existing website reflected none of that. The task was to rebuild it to feel calm, personal, and authoritative.

The Result
Randazzo & Randazzo now has a digital presence that sounds like the people behind it. The site leads with one idea, that estate planning is about how you want to live, and organizes the practice around moments in a life. Every page ends with an invitation to talk. The first organic lead arrived on launch day.
Messaging & Positioning
Understanding the practice came before writing a single line. That led to a new structure for their services, giving each practice area its own place, and to copy that frames each one as a moment in a client’s life rather than a legal category.

Visual Identity
A visual language designed to feel warm before it feels legal: soft tones, natural photography, and a new symbol. The shield is divided into four parts, one for each practice area, and now serves as the favicon and a recurring mark across the site.
The Randazzos
Sheryl and Ralph each bring a distinct path to the practice. Their pages tell those stories in their own words, while the firm speaks for both. The result is three voices that stay consistent, so clients know exactly who will be sitting across the table.
