The Challenge

LIO Skincare was born with a clear purpose: to be the first Brazilian skincare brand built entirely around oily skin. The challenge was building something from scratch, not just a product, but a complete brand with a name, an identity, and a digital presence strong enough to make a single SKU feel like a full world. Every element had to work harder because there was only one product to tell the story. The name had to be ownable. The packaging had to stop people. The photography had to sell the brand before the formula. And the ecommerce had to make one product feel like a destination.

The Result

LIO launched to immediate market acceptance. From day one, people reached out wanting to be part of the brand. Daily sales flow started early and held. The branding earned recognition and opened doors to partnerships with other companies, placing LIO in a credible market position that most new brands spend years trying to reach. What started as a single product is now a brand with real presence, real momentum, and a community that found it before it even had time to grow.

Brand Identity

LIO didn’t exist before we built it. The name came first, crafted to be ownable, memorable, and unlike anything already in the market. Read it backwards and the concept reveals itself. From there, we developed a full visual identity: logo system with all the possible variations, brand guidelines, and packaging design for both the product and shipping experience. Every decision was intentional. Every detail was made to hold up at scale, even before scale existed.

Product Photography

Real product. Real light. No shortcuts. We directed and produced a full professional photo shoot covering product shots in multiple formats and styled lifestyle imagery. Every frame was built to work across every surface the brand would eventually need, from ecommerce to social to packaging. The goal was simple: create a visual library rich enough to launch a brand and keep it moving.

Social Media & Content

With the brand identity locked and the photography ready, we moved into content. We built the full social media presence from the ground up. Cover images, headers, and post templates for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. Before any of it was designed, we thought carefully about who would appear in it and why. The visuals, the captions, and the strategy were all built around one goal: a launch campaign that would make the right first impression. Content designed to introduce a brand people would actually remember.

Shopify Ecommerce

A single product. A full store. That was the challenge. We built the LIO ecommerce on Shopify, the most powerful retail platform available, and made every decision count. Product bundles were created to expand the offering and give customers more ways to buy. Photography was tailored specifically for the shopping experience, making one product feel like a complete collection. The result is a store that is fully functional, mobile first, and built with a transparent checkout that removes every barrier between the brand and the sale.
